Pulkitesh is an India-qualified lawyer and graduated with the degree of B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Prior to commencing his independent venture, he worked with two of India’s premier law firms, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and Khaitan & Co. Pulkitesh focuses on banking disputes, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, including Insolvency, arbitration and general advisory matters. His experience includes representation of banks, financial institutions, national and international corporations before various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals and judicial authorities in India. He has more than 11 years of work experience.
Since undertaking his independent venture, Pulkitesh has acted as legal advisor for several Insolvency Resolution Professionals, Committee of Creditors invarious Corporate Insolvency Resolution Processes. He has also advised the Videocon Group on various transactions, Insolvency mandates. He also appears and argues on behalf of his clients before the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal and the Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai.
